Course Information

Classroom, Course and School Rules Overview

  • Students are expected to be on time (in the room before the bell rings) or they will be considered tardy
  • Use of the computer for surfing, e-mail, gaming and other non-class related is not permitted.
  • Students and parents may be asked to sign a form agreeing to this - (View - Computer Use Form) - Students who do not work within these guidelines will lose access to the network and their account during their class time in room E211
  • All work is due on the “Due Date”. NO late work is accepted for any credit.
    • (exception to this is at the discretion of an administrator)
  • Per the student handbook, students will receive a proportional amount of time to complete work while they were absent. (This does not include: unexcused absences or suspensions) (View - Late Work Contract)
  • The student needs to take the initiative to find out what they have missed and when it is due.
  • I support and enforce the school policies (dress code, cell phones, behavior, attendance etc...)
  • Students who demonstrate performance that may result in a failing grade after the Quarter grades are earned may receive a "Petition to Fail" form. If the student improves their grade to a passing grade the "Petition to Fail" can be removed.

My Goal for my students

  • Students will engage and buy into the value of their education
  • Students will step up and understand the importance and rewards of quality work and a quality effort
  • Students will understand that school and the classroom are both places to develop their knowledge and daily life skills
  • Students will develop an understanding of their "Learning Style" and cultivate it
  • Students will understand the benefits of planning, initiative and personal successes

Classroom expectations

  • Students will be cooperative and active participants in their learning and growth
  • Students will adhere to dress code and other school policies
  • If I see or hear a cell phone, I take it and turn it in to Mr. Millisor
  • Students will develop successful life skills and content knowledge
